It went really well they were surprised how well I can move my foot I’m a little sore now though

That’s good. It helps to like them when you have to go a few times a week for a few weeks. Or, at least that’s how it usually is. How much/long do you have to go?
@LilyoftheValley twice a week for 6 weeks but you’re right it’s great when you find a place you like, I’ve actually get several physical therapists watching me along with a room of people and one of the therapists I went to school with… I mentioned I had schizophrenia and she said she vaguely remembered me telling her I could read her mind when I was a teen… That’s embarrassing
