I have a neighborhood watch app because i love in a serious high crime neighborhood. It alerts me when anything happens within a mile radius of me and this past week or so there have been multiple big fires and also the usual gunshots throughout the night. Its ridiculous. I hear gunshots and smell smoke a lot. I can sleep right i keep waking up panicking or getting sleep paralysis. I just know something is going on and im next. Hard to fight this paranoia when i have a very real thing to fear.
