Okay so I’m okay with the therapist I saw today but it’s almost an hour drive to get there! Thankfully he finally was able to get me transferred to a therapist that is way closer! Only thing is I have to wait till the 9th of next month… Unfortunately I’ve only been seeing my therapist every 2 to 3 weeks because of how booked he always is! I hope things go well between me and this new therapist… My therapist knows nothing about her, apparently she’s new… I’ll make sure to tell him what I think so he knows if she’s good or not.

I have trouble myself right now. I’m not sure why I’m spacing out and not comprehending things sometimes so don’t feel bad
