Especially when I got up from sitting down and also from climbing stairs. It worried me, a few times I thought I was going to pass out, I wonder if it’s from low blood sugar or maybe high blood sugar.

I was going to say; is it diabetes but you seem to think it maybe sugar related too. Is it possibly to get free advice from a chemist/pharmacy?

Maybe it’s a blood pressure problem.
Mention it to your Dr next time you are in for a check-up.

Suggest heading to a local pharmacy as they usually have those machines that check your blood pressure for free. That’s a good place to start.

Yeah, but I had my blood pressure checked yesterday and it was fine120/85 @shutterbug @Vinegar

i have normal blood pressure also but that happens to me for years, i stand up and feel like im turning into tv static lol sometimes my visions blanks out a bit and almost fall. its called orthostatic hypotension, its not caused by blood pressure problems but its when ur blood pressure drops when you get up too quickly or other ways, ap can cause it but i have it both on and off meds, i also have a pretty low heart rate resting and so did my dad and he would experience the dizzyness too.
people say stand up slower but ive had it happen even when standing up slow af
