Man things were bad there for a few days but woke up feeling much better today.
Have come to the conclusion that this regime of meds does me very well. Any further improvements will have to come from me. Psychosocial stuff like walks, getting out of the flat more and building a social life.
This stuff won’t be easy but I am determined to forge a better quality of life for myself.

Great to hear jimmy bob boo. Be careful, when I went off abilify in December I felt better after restarting my dose after a few days, then went back into episodes on and off for a couple extra days. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to you and the bad feelings are behind you but be weary if you have some slight symptoms again. But the worst is most likely behind u!

It’s overcast but not raining here. About 18 degrees c.
Yeah I think a lot of folk with sz need to take time to rest. I also listen to a lot of music. Music is very important to me.
