It`s not good for me. The less I go out the less I want to go out and I think it´s not healthy to not go out. And breathe fresh air, and socialize.
Last time I went out I got tired from just walking a little bit.

Today my thoughts were a little different than yesterday. Yesterday was a little frightening and unnerving more scary than today. But I didn’t like some of my thoughts today. I am usually outgoing and cheerful when I am out. Today tried to block people reading my mind.
