I went round to my neighbours earlier. Turns out her cat died three weeks ago. She was so upset. Really emotional. She has bad health and her cat was everything to her.
That’s rough. I know how attached a lot of people get to their pets. They are like family members to them.
i’ve lost a lot of pets, they get sick and sometimes nothing can be done about it, my parents could never afford to take the sick pets to the vet so they would die. that’s why i’m so focused on getting vet care for our lizards. they mean everything to us and we love them so much. my in laws make me angry their cat came vaccinated and neutered. but they have two adult female dogs that haven’t gotten all their shots and need to be spayed or one of these days one may get out and get pregnant. they also don’t groom their shih tzu but twice a year. sorry i went off subject.
way off subject, anyway i hope your neighbor’s health doesn’t become worse.
Am worried about her. She looked awful. And she has appeals coming up on her disability allowance. It never rains it pours.
that is terrible! maybe you can keep her company? i hope everything works out
I’ve never had a pet, this is one of the reasons.
Watching one of your best friends whither into dust at an exponential rate compared to you is just no fun at all.
I also don’t have one because of the vet bills i cannot afford, healthy foods i can’t afford for it, stuff like that.
I do hand with my neighbours cat though who owns the entire place at night, he walks in my garage and he goes “this is my box” and he marks it.
