I haven’t slept but a couple of hours for the past thirty six and I’ve got fear of sleep. Ever go through this?

Sometimes, I get afraid that someone will come in my house without me knowing it and hurt me.

Years ago i had terrible fear of sleep. That i would die in my sleep. It was horrible.

I dont fear sleep. I love sleep. But sometimes my mind would not shut up and let me sleep. Thankfully, these days I am getting enough sleep.

When I was psychotic my voice told me if I fall asleep, he will drug me up until I die
In general, I love sleeping as well. I find the dreamworld interesting.

I love to sleep.
I do have a mild fear of going to sleep and never waking up again.
But it doesn’t disturb me.
