This is well-meaning but easily circumvented, as people will just drip flavoured oils in the cigarette instead.

I remember back in 05-06 camel had a cig called robust it was a signature series. It tasted amazing. They can’t sell it anymore because it had “flavor”

You can make your own vape juice from legal and easily obtainable ingredients. Yeesh.
