I love mt dew, but I don’t drink soda anymore. I mostly just drink salt water.

I have a tough time voting, because I love coffee in the morning. And I love a nice cold Coke. Lately I’m on a orange soda kick. Haha.

I drink 12 litres of Pepsi Max a week, so I vote Pepsi!

Milk is my beverage of choice(especially chocolate milk)!! But rootbeer is second!! Followed by iced tea and orange juice!! Followed by cactus cooler.
(Though milkshakes are my ultra most super favorite)

I’m on a high salt diet. I’m supposed to have at least 3g of salt a day from my diet plus I take 3g of salt from tablets every day.

Yes. The salt pills are prescription. I have neurocardiogenic syncope and pots and they both cause me to need a high salt diet. Even with all that extra salt I’m still sometimes hyponatremic.
