Lols. I need to be reading more like this but I got a queue of stuff I need to do

I didnt read a self-help book in ages. Cant remember the last book.

I wish to read Selfcompassion by Kristin Neff and Brene Browns book which in Dutch translation is called “de moed van imperfectie” (= the courage of imperfection), but i dont know the official english title. It would be kind of nice to like myself a bit more and deal better with failure (current tactic: beat myself up terribly but stupidly continue making the same mistakes).
