non-alcoholic drinks, isnt that pretty much like soda. lol whats the difference.

Black tea. I wish I could drink it all day, but it keeps me awake at night.

Coffee, black tea, lemon tea, ice tea, a lot of tea and somewhat a little bit of water with the medication.

Coke Zero but I have to discipline myself to not drink loads of it I think I’m getting better at that. And coffee is my love

Water is good for me. I use a glass bottle now. In case of plastic leaching into my water with plastic bottles.

Cherry limeade.

When I lived in Vegas, there was a burger joint called “Sonic” that has soda’s like that. They’re delicious, but nearly pure sugar.

I’m also partial to a caramel Frappuccino decaf. It’s basically a dessert.

In the day, I drink drip coffee, tea, and diet coke. I used to drink press coffee but they say it is bad for your heart. I would drink diet ginger ale/beer if I could get it.

I am trying to curb my booze intake now again so now, in winter, in the evenings I want to drink Ovaltine or Horlicks which are non caffeinated malt drinks, but all I have is cocoa, and they don’t seem to sell malt drinks here in Japan. They used to have Vico which is chocolate and malt from Malaysia.

There is also Nestle’s Milo, which is also I think malted but it is out of stock, and no longer sold, due to it being so popular with Japanese ladies apparently, due to its iron content.
