take 4 metal skewers and prepare raw jalapenos to be deseeded and hollowed out with the stems cut off…stuff the jalapenos with cream cheese and rap raw bacon strips around the outside of the pepper and then skewer…each skewer can hold about 4 armadillo eggs. (what we call them here in Oklahoma). place a skillet on the grill and balance the skewers over the skillet…there will be grease fires so you need a squirt bottle of water for the fires…if you do this they are one of my favorite grilling foods…good luck…steak sounds so wonderful !!

maybe …once you make them it’s not hard to do them all the time. the taste is to die for…I crave them all the time. haha
