hey @far_cry no sarcosine im already on high depot of abilify it was making my sinuses (if its that pretty worse)
i had to quit it after 2 months but i think that 1 gram 2 x daily dose would have worked. sarcosine (from brainvitaminz) has improved my quality of life (reversal of lamictal induced some sort of mania, i had it for 5 years a complete nightmare!!! I owe the pdoc who let me try my life!!! and brainvitaminz. (i do not work for them but i owe them everything)
