Everyday I wake up and feel like I'm growing more and more frivolous

I don’t know how much longer I can maintain normality
I think I’m going to lose it someday
There are times I have to force myself through my day, and honestly I can’t figure out how I do it…
What (Besides medication) ---- ‘does it for you’ — what always gets you out of depression and rut
My remedies are starting to thin out and I can’t live like this anymore :frowning:

Being a healthy weight I think is crucial for eliminating depression.
