I believe nobody in the world understand what epigenetic is. Is just a bunch of nonsense
epigenetics is interesting.
Because it means its not just black n white the dna we carry that determines things. But more
Epigenetics is the interaction between genes and the environment.
I don’t understand how methylation works or how it changes gene expression - that’s above my pay grade. I suppose you learn that in molecular biochemistry, and I never made it past HS algebra.
But what I do understand is there are many drugs and supplements that act on gene expression and can up or downregulate genetic expression.
So that’s a good thing, points to how they might be able to influence gene expression in a way that would be helpful.
