Focusing is a little hard for me because of schizophrenia but I try audiobooks.

It’s probably the best written memoir on schizophrenia I’ve read. I always said it’s a good book schizophrenia or not it’s just a good book. My mom read it and liked it as well.

I don’t think it’s a the best book of schizophrenia in general as it is a very special case which is not so similar to the average schizophrenic
