Electronics keep me active, I would sleep all day everyday otherwise lol

I would be sitting without Electronics gathering myself before going out multiple times a Day.
I don’t have tv nor computer just this Phone and it’s still keeping me inactive >:|

I have severe negative symptoms and stay in bed all day everyday. Maybe its different for you.

Sometimes on Amazon but my parents do most of the shopping. When I will live alone I will do everything online.

I can’t imagine having schizophrenia and no tv to watch or computer to play on I would be going crazy
