I want to visit the Pyramids in Egypt but I need to save money and fear having psychosis abroad.

Never played Civilization. Is it an older game too? I loved the atmosphere in Pharaoh, it made me fall in love with Egypt.
I traveled to Indonesia in 2017 when I was still on the wrong medication and hallucinated during a lot of the trip. The medication didn’t help very much so I was borderline psychotic. It was stressful at parts like the airports especially, also my husband had severe food poisoning and I had to look after him but I don’t regret the beautiful experience overall. It helped being around people who could keep me stable. It’s good to have an experience like that because you realize how strong you really are. Anytime I am worried about hallucinating I just think, well I made it through Indonesia. I plan to travel internationally more, especially now that I am doing so much better. It was such a beautiful time. We really want to go to Egypt too, when the country is less volatile.
