Oh man. Sorry. I forget fruit is high in sugars. People just assume loads of fruit is always healthy but of course that is not always true
I find if I eat healthy then I crave healthier food. I crave a lot of carbs and sweets all the time, but last night we had a kale smoothie thing and very healthy dinner and now I am craving healthy food
A salad actually sounds pretty good. I eat mine without dressing.
