I’ve been eating more junk food for the last week or so, but noticed in the mirror that I lost some weight.
Even my father noticed and mentioned it to me.
I hope that I’m not getting sick or something!

I posted in last topic. Eating more can help you lose if your diet needed more food. Something about body going into starvation mode? I am gonna start breakfast tomorrow
This motivated me to be honest to answer your question … unless you’re losing drastic amounts I wouldn’t be concerned.
No not drastic amount of weight loss, but enough to be noticeable.
Weight loss is sometimes a symptom of uncontrollable Diabetes!

It’s more likely you were unwittingly eating less calories.
If you keep losing weight, you should ask your doctor to test you for diabetes. But if you just lost a little weight, I wouldn’t worry about it.
