I’m sad and pleased about this . Sad because it’s way too late to make much of a difference for me . Pleased that it could improve things for others.

Yes- rates of it are increased among those of us on the autistic spectrum.

I have it in a mild fashion. I’ve improved my co-ordination and balance through a LOT of practice. Not wonderful, but good enough that I can pass for a clumsy neurotypical now.

My balance and coordination, which have never been good, have been somewhat worse recently… One thing I’'m doing , which might seem strange, is taking several steps in the opposite direction to the one I’m aiming to go in before correcting myself .Also quite diagonally.

I’m also finding walking down stairs not that easy. Walking up stairs is much easier.

We’re aging, some of it is to be expected. I used to pay a fortune for midway rides when I was a kid to make myself dizzy. Wish I’d known how cheap blood pressure meds are because now I just have to stand up to get the same effect.

I’ve had postural hypotension before, but not for a good, few years.
