Good advice - after you get used to the idea of having to pee all the time.

I have to take advil liquid gels for headaches that come every week I drink water too

Oh. I had a doctor ask me that once. I don’t know what that means but I’m guessing it has to do with thoughts.
Mine were in the back of my head which has to do with muscular action.
I’m not supposed to take advil or aleve. Just tylenol which doesn’t even make a bit of difference. If I make sweet hot tea sometimes it helps.
I drink tons of water, more so at night. Probably has something to do with my Diabetes type 2.
And I have to pee a bunch too.
