Does anyone else get these? I haven’t had positive symptoms since 2017, but I will occasionally have dreams where I hallucinate, and in the dream I am very aware that it is a sign of psychosis and I am worried about having to go through all that again. I spent 14 years with active hallucinations, so I am still not all the way used to not having them.

I get frequent dreams taking me back to being unwell… i wake up and then it takes a whle to register it was all a dream.

No, I never have dreams like that. The opposite in fact, I frequently have dreams where I’m completely normal, and working and socializing etc.

I get dreams sort of like that, @Ninjastar . What actually happens in mine, though, is that I am trapped in my delusions in my dream. It’s terrifying. Then I wake up unsure of reality.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re dreaming about having hallucinations.
I believe that dreams are symbols of the subconscioness. And that you are dreaming what you are, because you are (obviously) still afraid of becoming psychotic again.

I don’t like em, they make me feel odd for like the rest of the day

Yes I dream sometimes where I am hallucinating or going off the rails and need to be taken to hospital. Or I dream a lot of hospital itself.
I have those dreams too.
I don’t remember dreams well usually, but I have had a couple where I was psychotic again.
