Drawing as coping skill

It really makes me feel much better.now when I started art class as well I feel much improvement in my health. I am most of the time in very good mood…Also exercising sport helps . So do what you love it will improve your health…


I think for me, it is music. Perhaps I take music in insufficient doses sometimes, though. Music and philosophy.


What do you do with music?

I play bass guitar. I sing. And I try to compose music, but sometimes that’s more difficult.
