Does perfect career path exist?

You know, the destiny. I mean, the perfect job, the one you are destinied to work. ‘the dream job’ ‘The only one you are destinied to work or to do’
Does it exist? In your opinion.
Though the time goes, I realise most people are working not because they like the job, but because they need THAT Money.
Also, some examples (as Russia president) which probably are doing things not because of dreams or destiny, rather money and ‘respect’ and… honor. Overall he is doing horrible things, but I want to say he is probably not following his soul or dream path.
So, your opinion?

If you have dreamed about some job then you got it then it logically it be your dream job.

well, as a child I dreamt of tones of different jobs. In theory, they’re all dream jobs. While in reality - (if according to some people) there should be only one dream job.

I still believe having a good career, and the one you really like- is important.
Working and feeling sad while working seems as a bad idea

For me it would be video games. AAA studio or a smaller one. There is no part time jobs available in the world of video games it seems… I got my degree 6 years ago and have yet to be given a chance for a job above a game tester paygrade. I earn enough on social security with the help of my parents to be free of debt, able to do my own shopping for food and put money aside.
Everyone has a different career path, for me it would be a job as a Game Designer. I don’t think it will happen, and I’m also fine with that but with a small fear of missing out! :hugs:

Yes that’s true for me personally in all jobs there are plus and minus. It’s always seems that where we aren’t is better place

Any job that I can do it would be my dream job. Currently I m studying digital design and I feel I just want simple job. Weather I try to work after courses in that field I will try and I see if I can do that

I hope one day you can achieve your dream… mine is also very distant… and strange at the same time. I dreamt from ~2017 probably of becoming a writer. I know I am not bad in my native language, though in my country one of the worst decisions is to become a writer (due to poor income, low possibilities, low possibility of translation to other languages), and my country is small, with not many readers in it, because translations happen rarely, I probably would be very poor… overal, when this idea born I was delusional.
I still love writing diaries or other stuff, but when I need to be creative I feel a bit scared. I also tried working as a copywriter and it was actually… stressfull for me. I guess my idea to become a popular writer was only a delusion.
Getting back to you, your idea seems cool to me. I love video games (atleast I played them for many years). Also, all designers seem like a smart people to me

Writing is cool I also want to write. Maybe write on your free time , no need to make it full career instantly, changes have to be slow. All fast changes weather it’s career or anything in life is destructive. Write full book and after you write it try to release it don’t seek fame and a lot of money . Be greatful if you willl get any money from it

Can I ask you something? Do you use any apps for writing? Do you know any good apps for phone to write books

your ideas are cool and good,

But what I mean is I actually lack creativity. I feel awful when I need to create names of the characters in the book or plot by itself.
I am still in that state where I am not sure whether it was a dream or delusion.

And I don’t use apps. 90% of time when I write I write in a diary with a pen

I was a buyer for wholefoods and that job was so fun so id say yeah if we can keep a job there is a perfect job. The job before that i would buy yogurt for the local organic store.

I don’t get it🙂what was dream or delusion.

And naming characters I can give you some advice not materialise your stuff , write what’s fun to you . Be kid play with it . When you take it too seriously you lose creativity

I think I needed a lot better career counseling. Because I did not want to get a degree and end up poor, even though I could have gotten into medical school.
