Does Geodon anxiety go away?

I have been taking 60mgs with breakfast and get bad anxiety. Like I have to pace and chew ice/drink water constantly. I can’t even sit.

Does this anxiety go away?

Sounds like some Akathisia, their is medication you can take for it - talk to your pdoc

It’s sedating the first few months (up to the first few months) and then seems to become more activating and also produces more restless leg (akathisia) in higher doses. I think the reason you might be having anxiety is less likely because of the medication’s effect and more likely the fact that the drug is at peak blood levels only when taken with a full meal with lipids (dietary fat). For example, I just went to a sushi bar and ordered a roll with a lot of avocado because I needed to eat some fats with my 60mg dinner Geodon. I take the 60mg breakfast Geodon with a serving of whole milk.

The drug will jump up and down in your blood very quickly, wreaking havoc on the brain unless taken 60mg at least with over 500cal meals with 10-20g of fats. It is intense. It also needs to be taken every 12 hours, because even then, it only lasts 12 hours.

Taking it all at night is no. It will leave by noon the next day and you will most likely feel even worse than before, experiencing symptoms.

I take it at breakfast only right now 60mg. I eat a can of beans and banana with it. Then feel the need to pace and restless. I take Ativan in the late afternoon and Seroquel at night. Today I have been feeling some pressure in the heart region.

Pressure in the heart is serious on this med. Tell the doc and be persistent about making him know. Also, try something like buttered toast with an egg or two. Or cereal with whole milk. That should get your blood level right.
