Is that why meds blocking dopamine reduce sex drive? When I have more dopamine I feel like my sex drive becomes too high. I read that Serotonin like ADs decrease sex drive.

Likely so - diminished libido from antipsychotics is probably related to hyperprolactinemia rather than blockade of mesolimbic dopamine receptors. There is also some theory that dopamine-enhancing drugs can enhance the lust feelings of sex, but this is very theoretical. It’s based on imaging of the brain of people claiming to go through specific stages of love/lust.
