Like an adult coloring book? I do it sometimes
Itβs a fun way to pass the time when youβre in a psych ward. I always color when Iβm hospitalized, but generally not during other times. I used to find paint by numbers amusing.
When I was in IP last time they wouldnβt let me color
I enjoy adult coloring books, theyβre much more detailed.
I havenβt colored as an adult but i noticed people doing it the last time i was in the hospital. I liked it as a kid so i would probably enjoy it still.
Yes I like to color my hair blond. Ha ha ha ha
I have some adult coloring booksβ¦rarely use them thoughβ¦have to be motivated.
Iβm not a huge fan of coloring but I did it occasionally at the hospital when theyβd think I hadnβt been doing anything.
When I was on Latuda and had extreme happiness and heightened activity (I will accept somehow that was not mania but sometimes I think the rare side effect for the drug on the official list was made solely for me) I colored quite a bit and had a random color scheme that looked pretty cool. I also colored things deliberately differently then they were supposed to look, and some things like they were. Some of the other Psych Ward patients took the colorings home with them.
Why not? Coloring is calming
I think I know why. When I was in psych, one of the nurses noticed I spent a lot of energy making my colourings perfect.
She told me to stop, because it added stress when that was the last thing I needed.
Might have been the same for her?
I need to buy one β¦ I used to colour my own mandalas
I have a book of mandalas to color. Iβll send it to you
I use a color by numbers app on my phone, itβs relaxing
I love to color. I like painting sun catchers too.
i dont like to color it pisses me off
I color in the hospital. Only time that I have enough free time to do absolutely nothing.
By that I mean no one interrupting. If someone does in the hospital I quit.
i like to color my thoughts with very beatiful colors
