My TV is over a decade old and I’m thinking of saving up for a new one.
Normally I like to research these things, but I feel overwhelmed every time I start reading about it. So many types and terms.
So what’s a good TV to buy?

I always get Samsung mine is 12 years old and never had a problem with it
Samsung 4K HDR and maybe 120Hz.
The best are LG OLED but its not worth its price IMO
If you can, get the Samsung QLED one.
I like Sony…that was the brand I always bought before I got sick…we have a dinosaur t.v. right now but it gets the job done…
I read that Samsung makes the panels for Sony so they must be good too I guess.
If you’re on a budget, I’ve had Sceptre 4k, and now a Walmart brand onn 4k, you can get great 4k TV’s for like $180-$350 depending on size. You can get TV’s with roku or fire or Android built in.
Do you have cable?
I don’t have cable.
You may want to get a smart tv then. You can get all the subscriber platforms.
