I am having the mother of all tooth ache right now,any help for a black brother

I am in the same boat. I do a heat bag on my cheek. Rinse with salt water often. Take some pain killers. Use orajel or anbisol.

Don’t pick at it. Ambesol. I put frozen vegetables bags cold on my cheek too. Clean your mouth some alcohol mouth wash.

Can you get in to see a dentist? Better to make sure it’s not infected.

I am doing the salt water theraphy its just keeps getting stronger

Have you tried any 20% benzocaine ointments? You can get them at Wal Mart. Sometimes they have the exact same stuff on sale at the Dollar Tree for just $1. I’ve got nine tubes of the stuff. Also, you could take some acetomeniphen. That might help.

I already did pick at it to remove residue food trapped in there before doing the salt water trick today just turned out differently, but i would desist from doing that henceforth thanks for your advice

I would eventually, the pains has overstayed its welcome enough of the unplanned vigil over nursing the ache
