Does anyone else get what I call “shivers” I’ve had them since I was a teen and they stopped for a few years now they are back… I feel like I’m being shook and I will literally shiver I know what’s going on around me but I can’t stop them at all

Only when I’m cold or get a chill of some kind. Not very often, no. But I have shivered before, yes.

I kind of feel shaky once in a while but I don’t know if that’s the same thing.
I get it sometimes where it’s noticeable. We would often say it’s someone stepping on your grave…it’s an old saying over here for those shivers up your spine.

shivers are a very common occurrence for me. they usually happen when one of them shows up and starts talking to me, or i get in my head too much. they can be super violent
I only get them these days if I miss my meds the night before,
it’s the next day.
Yes when i play certain pieces of music.
