Does anybody know about Green Superfood powders?

I need help, so i bought this stupid “green superfoods” powder and im reading the label now and i see that per 10g scoop, 8 grams of it is just flour basically… mostly rice flour, but also millet and things like that…

so its 80% flour…

is this normal or even healthy? i get they have nutrition but if i wanted the nutrition that rice has id just eat a teaspoon of rice and get the same or better nutrition… kinda dumb… waste of money it seems. probably wont buy again.

Yeah, you gotta be careful with those things. They’ll put high amounts of ingredients in that aren’t necessarily as healthy as they claim to be.

Is it one of those milkshake herbalife powder things? Back in the day I used to substitute a meal for a milkshake and I was able to keep my weight down. Long time ago but it seemed like the sellers were in a ponzi scheme, the powdered shakes if taken as instructed seemed to work though.
