i was just thinking this today
when i see little kids in the streets all happy
they are blind to the hatred and terror in the world
I hope we see the end of the world. I want to be there when the world goes down. Chaos is awesome

Why does the end of the world concept appeal to so many? Radicals, evangelicals. For example.

I don’t think it will ever happen. I don’t think humans can breed indefinitely, though. I think there is a finite amount of us, that the population of humankind was predetermined and is genetic or something.
Why else would the population remain 50/50 when it comes to gender? Makes no sense unless there is some universal math involved when it comes to determining the human population.
I DJed a Y2K dance where people brought generators so we could keep dancing while the power grid collapsed. Several sheepish looking people loaded generators back into their trucks after the new year had rolled in. Saw similar hysteria in 2012 over the Mayan Calendar. Again, de nada.
Some people need something to worry about, and will create something out of thin air if they have to in order to keep their stress level high.
