Do you think if people with Sz couldreading books

Do you think if people with Sz could benefit from reading books?

I am paranoid and delusional, but when I read books, some sentences from books affect me a lot.

Conclusion: It is not always beneficial for people with Sz to read books.

I used to have trouble with reading making me worse. I pushed through it and now I am able to read voraciously. I do a lot of self-therapy books and it helps me tremendously.

I have vision problems so I listen to audiobooks and podcasts during down time. I read a lot of classics, mysteries, historical fiction, fantasy and spiritual books. Love it.

I can rarely concentrate. I did read Les Misérables a few years ago, but it was a good book.

My concentration is too poor to read long books, but i enjoy short novels and mindfulness books. I’m reading a book by Thich Nhat Hanh on how to be more mindful. I like his writing cuz it breaks things up into manageable chunks.

I used to read mindfulness books. I found them to be too descriptive. They would go through the mindfulness process then describe the experience. It’s almost like they told you how to think but the whole process of mindfulness is to experience without thinking. It’s suppose to be more intuitive in terms of experience.

I keep trying to read this book :

But I haven’t read it yet, so it’s hard.

I tend to give up reading books.

Because it could affect my thinking.

I may just take a break and watch my video “how to operate a vcr”. It’s on VHS.

So, Ive got a full plate tonight.
