I think a tattoo will cover it. You can always ask the tattoo artist too for advice on tattoo. But I believe it should.

Thank you everybody. This helped me get the courage and I just facebooked a local tattooist who just got back to me and she said it can be done. I was worried that I would be turned away but now I feel elated that it can be done.

You might not be able to get that exact tattoo. A reputable tattoo artist will not copy another artist’s work.
