I wish I knew I am szic. I have phases where I refuse my diagnosis and my meds.

Well I hear voices every day and used to have delusions and paranoia so I definitely agree with doctors that I am schizoaffective. I’ve recovered a great deal but there is no cure so the diagnosis remains accurate.
