It’s taken seriously. And monitor my SI. So I have constant check ins. And intervention and safety plans in place.

my doctors and therapist and case manager and spouse are all involved.

Them Allowing me to discuss it without hospitalizing me has been a big deal.

I don’t feel I have much purpose atm. I guess im an uncle and I have stuff going on, but no real goals or big things to live for. Can’t wait till it gets cold again in the winter. I’m looking forward to buying a bunch of clothes. Looking forward to new watches as well.
