I shake my left foot and sometimes I rock back and forth.
I know some people that bite their lips and chew their finger nails.

na not a nervous tic. but haldol gave me a mild tic that started when i was about 18. im sure it was caused by haldol. it is only triggered by the cold now. its some quick arm movements with a head roll. my psych at the time said it was torettes but idk seems pretty mild to me to be that. and only happens when im cold now.
When I am nervous I put my right foot in, I put right foot out, I put my right foot in and I shake it all about. Then I do the HP and I turn myself around.
Thatās what its all about.
I had these pretty bad first few years, after treatment they all went away with most of my other symptoms. Iām glad none of them stuck around.
When I get nervous I gesture my head like making a no gesture. Like when somebody nods there head to communicate no to something.
