Hi, do you find the day boring when you are at home alone? I do. There are hours when I’m on my own and lonely. Luckily I have my daughter after school (she’s 7) and she keeps the house feeling positive and vibrant but when I’m on my own I feel unable to relax and a bit mindless…

I can rarely be in my apartment, without someone bothering me. I’m halfway homeless.

I’m at my dad’s house every day to take care of the dog and cat and it does get boring and lonely.

I get paranoid when I’m home alone but in the future this is how I’m going to live. All alone, except for my dog and cat.
I will probably get used to living by myself

I get bored and lonely, sometimes. Part of why I wish I had a job, is because I’d be able to see and talk to other people (coworkers). I don’t like being alone with my thoughts.

It’s very rare I’m alone as I have children ages 4 and 1.
However when they both are in school I know I will struggle. I struggle in the evening when they are both asleep in bed.
One reason I’m doing this university course in September is to keep my mind busy while they are both at school. Being busy is a coping mechanism.
