I’m 53,walk like an 80 year old, but in my mind I still feel young.

I’m 35 and I feel both.

I feel too old for certain things and lose my patience quickly with younger folks,

But at the same time,

I feel my mind hasn’t changed.

I have felt old since I was around the age of 11 or 12. I found Zen once while meditating and lived a lifetime in a matter of 15-20 minutes. Sounds crazy I know. Eat your pills Brandon.

I am 30 and feel like 80. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. I am 300lb, gained 165 from meds. BMI 44.

I’m 43 and I feel like I’m still in my 30s. But it doesn’t bother me that I’m in my forties

I’m 17 and I feel like I’m in my 40’s. Not due to any maturity or intelligence, but more because I feel slowed down a lot due to medication and my illness which both makes me slower. I also have back and joint pain. I feel like I’m in my midlife crisis, even though I’m a teenager.

LS! I am 62, male. But I definitely feel younger. I am still one of the strongest in the gym. I always ate lacto ovo vegetarian. Most of the time I minded my health. Recently a nurse guessed my age as 38, when she saw me take a shower.

I feel about 50, look about 50, but I’m 64.

Just recently turned 50 but feel like I’m 40. I’m fitter now than I was at 30 which helps too.
