I’ve been doing better, this week has been bad. Last month I took a break due to paranoia for a month and had mods lock my account.

Inability to feel joy pleasure or motivation to do things you wish you can do. Like I want to game/create art - but I start and struggle caring.

I don’t like the word “depressed”, I am not diagnosed with depression because it’s not the usual kind of sad. Some people have depression and no psychosis and it is very very bad. Is it just a chemical imbalance I feel? That would be a relief! I seem to believe in death of the spirit. Does this defy reason?

True, there is a big difference between sadness and depression and its important to know the difference. There is no medical cure for sadness, but there might be for depression if you are lucky.

I feel alright, some times I feel so low, like today just one hour back.
I was back in action, after a shower.
Yes, stood front of the shower for about 5 mins as I did not want to shower.
I forced self. After that I am back as a boomerang.

I feel good. However money and relationship is in discussion at the moment because of the psychiatry. Health is one thing but be positive in being with someone is another thing. Hope she forgives me.

Yes, Its hard, once done with it,
you will feel good for at least 6 hours.
I used to shower only once a week before.
Since Its benefits are so much that,
I like to do twice a day,
but I cant do it too, its hard twice.
