I have a pork and green chile tamale or a sausage breakfast tamale
Cereal and almond milk
I had a high protein shake with plant based protein powder with superfoods. It also had blueberries, strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and spinach. Delicious! Ready for the gym now. I’m leaving in a little bit
oh man yesterday at my brothers house my mom made her famous sausage gravy and biscuits…we also had hashbrowns eggs, and sausage. so good…man.
I always have a protein bar for breakfast.
Actually sometimes I skip breakfast and eat nothing at all.
Cold shrimp and noodles. Couple anchovy stuffed olives. Few crumbles of feta.
Oats with milk, and I take most of my supplements in the morning which are not few…almost like a side dish
@Ooorgle omg I think I would not be able to keep anchovies down if I ever ate them…you probably put them on your pizza too…are you in England?
I recently stopped eating breakfast.
I only have two coffee with soymilk.
Lol, California, but I got the taste for them from my Sicilian grandfather.
And yup, on pizza is good too.
Raisin bran with whole milk and a cup of coffee.
They have this thing at Denny’s where you can get all you can eat pancakes, hash browns and eggs… 7 bucks

I usually have a cinnamon raisen bagel every morning with a coffee 3oat milk 3 sweetner from tim hortons. But i just got some instant oats and i will mix those with protien powder for breakfast
I eat small breakfast. It’s only 3 red beans dumplings. I have to eat them because I take a lot of food supplements in the morning like vitamins and CoQ10.
Some days I do. Not on others. Didn’t have it today.
