Thank you very much @Gabzgrl and the others… but my illness is very physical yeah… I guess it’s the strong fear… I am so fearful that I can’t even function, cause I vibrate inside of me by fear, I get weak, I can get nauseous, I have bad motricity cause my thinking is a bad one with intellectual deficits etc etc… I have sz friends irl and they all never had physical complaints 
… I am psychotic, but I have probably other issues too, maybe a strong anxiety idk… the apps don’t even help me for my fears. But it would be even worse without them, I tried it… does sz hurts physically too sometimes in the end? What do you think? Maybe only in some cases? Hugs to you all pals
