My 10 year old son has learning disabilities and he squeezes a couple stress balls during his classes and it really helps him settle and pay attention.

They help my daughter
They help me quite a bit. Especially with focus and anxiety it helps to be able to use my hands.
When I was in IOP, I made them. A balloon, and cooking flour, tie the balloon.
I had one and i dont know if it helped or i just liked it but i squeezed it for 3 weeks untill it popped one day. Brought one online to replace it and it popped day 1.
WHAT THE HECK…??? That is strange.
During my last stay I was in a sensory room quite a bit. I squeezed stress balls quite a bit. I liked them.
What can I say? It was a huge hit for AC/DC in the seventies and was played on the radio all the time. It’s meant to be a funny song.
Stress balls here all ended up as cat toys.
My dog chewed up my ball.
Apparently he didn’t like me playing with it.
I bought some so that I would squish the stress balls instead of get my nails. My nails are now longer and I hope it works long term
