i guess u could go some other time
I needed bifocals at age 23 when i was on a very high dose of haldol. Once i went off that dose i didnt need bifocals anymore
Medications like Cogentin and Klonopin cause this for me.
Well I’m losing my hair there’s that.
I get blurred vision even close up with the antipsychotics.
I’ve had a few APs give me blurry vision. The most recent one was Haldol. I was on it a long time and my vision was blurry whether or not I wore glasses. The eye dr couldn’t get my vision to 20/20 no matter what. But now that I’m off Haldol and on asenapine, I see just fine. I don’t remember which other ones gave me blurry vision though, sorry.
The trihexyphenadyl has caused blurred vision. It was given to me to help with side effects of risperidone. My eye sight just keeps getting worse. I also have a cataract now and I am near sighted. So yay.
The main problem I had on higher doses of meds was that they would slow down my eyes’ ability to refocus. I’d look from something near to something far and it would take like five seconds for them to refocus properly. Bloody annoying.
