Dinner! Yum yum!

I made chicken wings for the first time tonight! And cheesy pasta- my own milk free cheddar sauce.

It looks delicious!

I just baked these. Threw in a pan, baked 400 about 35 min. Removed from the pan to a bowl, cleaned pan.

Poured about 3/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s over them, stirred until coated. Using tongs i put them back on the pan, on top of a mat ( parchment works too).

Back in oven 425 for 10 to 15 min.

oh man those look great…yayy for you.

I used to buy chicken wing mix at the grocery. It was a powder and a oven heat resistant plastic bag you put the chicken and spices in. I forgot about it because the grocery store closed down and the other store nearby didn’t sell it. I would dip the wings in blue cheese.
