I mean I literally become a zombie on a normal dose of medicine I’m quite sensitive to them. I might aswell b dead then.

I’m on aripiprazole. Even on the higher dose I would still get unusual beliefs but I’d just be heavily sedated tbh.

I’m on vraylar and olanzapine. Vraylar is similar to abilify.
Could you ask your doc for an add- on treatment?
Perhaps a sedating pill which you can take before bedtime?

I’m quite intolerant of add ons. But I appreciate the suggestion.
Tbh I’m just gonna vent like crazy in my mental health assessment n hopefully they will fast forward me to therapy for support like how they have done with the assessment
It just takes the piss cos he is everywhere. … He is everywhere… Social media, the news, now he wants to be the presidents aid etc… It just is like hell on earth.
