Day 3 of taking abilify 15mg at night 🌙 Great success!

The crippling anxiety has gone away. Finally after 5 years. It just goes to show you have to keep fighting.

I’m not saying that this would work for everybody just that it worked for me.

Day 3 report:

I am much more inclined to go outside. I rode my bike 7 mi the other day. Voices are better and I have WAY less anxiety! Thank you @everhopeful for the great idea.

I may be starting the shot in a couple days if my insurance covers it and if my tardive dyskinesia isn’t serious. It’s just biting my tongue every now and then. Annoying, but I like my medicine otherwise.

Just a day 10 (ish) update.

Anxiety is less but it’s been replaced by depression. Pretty bad depression actually.

I feel ok about 30 minutes after taking the pill though.

So now I’m going to see how early in the day I can take it before the anxiety kicks in , to maximise the antidepressant effect time and minimize the anxiety time.

I’m currently taking it at 9pm. So I’ll try 8pm tomorrow.
