Brilliant! Are you one of the ones born with the skill or did you have to develop it over many years? Or a bit of both?

Do you draw with a digital pencil onto a tablet to do this?

I’ve been doing juxtaposition for many years, it’s a process of layering bits of images to create a new image. Anyone can do it, it really isn’t hard. I use my iPhone 6plus. The hardest bit is getting the quality right, no pixilation etc. I use many apps. Having schizophrenia really assisted me in finding a subject matter. I used to try and depict the things I saw at night as it was frustrating not being able to convey the things I see. I’ve kinda moved away from doing anything much about the spirits, astral and ether world now though as it started to consume me… everything became about the voices. Thank you for your compliment

So is it more of a collage where you use other people’s images, colour them, layer and stick them together?

What apps do you use, can I ask?

However you did it, I like it. You have a real talent.

Looks really cool, congrats! :grinning:

Yep that’s right, I use image blender, trigraphy, glaze, tangled effects, phonto, pixlr, photo toaster… ah there are plenty more, some where you can draw things yourself like icolourama… it can be a bit time consuming, sometimes pixel by pixel but it keeps me sane. Nothing better than an image that has new meaning and you cannot recognise what it was in the beginning

Thanks. @Theclayzee

just bought a lenovo yoga book as you have inspired me to undertake some art. I watched a program last week that uses twins in scientific studies and found that art reduced brain age and aids mental health, so that clinched it.

It is not really powerful, but I’m confident it will do the job.

Thanks for the inspiration. :sunny:

I thought I’d change some of my photos into paint using photoshop, and then draw and change them to begin with.
